Keadilan Pada Orang-Orang Kudus: Pendekatan Non-Litigasi Dalam Menyelesaikan Sengketa Berdasarkan 1 Korintus 6:1-11

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai kasus hukum (pidana atau perdata) yang melibatkan orang Kristen atau rohaniawan sebagai individu, maupun gereja atau yayasan Kristen sebagai sebuah lembaga Kristiani yang memilih litigasi sebagai proses penyelesaiannya. Meskipun pendekatan legal dijamin oleh konstitusi, tetapi munculnya kasus-kasus hukum yang dimejahijaukan oleh orang Kristen telah menjadi konsumsi khalayak sehingga menimbulkan persoalan pada efektifitas marturia dari gereja Tuhan. Sedangkan, dalam terang Alkitab, jalur litigasi bukan satu-satunya solusi penyelesaian sengketa. Upaya-upaya alternatif yang berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai Kristiani seharusnya dikedepankan sebagai langkah preventif maupun solutif dari hadirnya persoalan di antara orang Kristen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan model-model pendekatan alternatif bagi proses legal ketika sebuah sengketa terjadi di antara orang berdasarkan 1 Korintus 6:1-11. Kajian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur terhadap isu terkait, serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip eksegese dan hermeneutika di dalam menggali teks yang dipilih. Pembahasan menghadirkan temuan bahwa langkah non-litigasi dapat dikedepankan ketika terjadi sengketa dengan intensitas tertentu melalui pendekatan normatif-eklesiologis, mediatif, dan restorative dimana penyelesaian sengketa di antara orang Kristen seharusnya mengedepankan nilai-nilai Alkitab demi kemuliaan Kristus sebagai kepala gereja.
